Responsibilities
- Assist leadership in leading expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services
- Work with relevant business owners and country managers to ensure world class operational standards in licensing, local exchange operations, products, and growth
- Work extensively with data dashboards to refine user experience, monitor and report operating metrics, and recommend action plans
- Partner with cross functional teams to define changes, design experiments, and implement changes across product operations
Requirements
- Ability to help leadership create and drive strategy
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and handle all areas of business including administrative support, hiring, strategic thinking, and problem solving
- Experience in leading expansion plans and launching new services
- Ability to work with data dashboards to refine user experience and monitor operating metrics
- Strong coordination skills with Government Relations, Marketing, and Tech teams

- Assist the leadership in leading expansion plans for the market and shape the plan for launching new services while ensuring strong coordination with Government Relations, Marketing and Tech teams along the way.
- Work with relevant business owners and country managers to ensure world class operational standards in areas such as licensing, local exchange operations, products and growth etc.
- Work extensively with data dashboards to refine user experience, to monitor and report operating metrics to proactively identify areas of improvement and recommend and implement action plans.
- Partner with cross functional teams, using region specific data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes across our product operations.
