About the team and role
The Value Proposition and New Benefits team defines the subscription value proposition and the benefits that support it.
The role owns strategy and execution for new benefits within Deliveroo Subscription.
The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, measurement, and operational execution.
What you'll do
- Own the strategy and roadmap for new benefits and drive plans through execution.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, and Finance to launch benefits.
- Evaluate, size, and prioritise a pipeline of benefit ideas against available capacity.
- Track live benefits across acquisition, retention, frequency, satisfaction, and cost to serve.
- Scale successful pilots into sustainable features with operating models, reporting cadences, and processes.
- Monitor membership benefits from competitors including Uber One, DashPass, Wolt+, Just Eat, and Amazon Prime.
- Communicate recommendations, trade-offs, and results to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Have at least five years of experience in strategy and operations, strategy consulting, or business operations.
- Ideally have exposure to marketplaces, subscription or membership businesses, or consumer technology.
