Team Overview
The Account Management team owns and manages restaurant relationships as Deliveroo scales its role as a major revenue channel for restaurants.
Account Managers provide support and strategic value through data-driven analytics, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of important restaurant partners, including high-sales-volume restaurants and global brands.
- Own relationships with key restaurant industry stakeholders.
- Analyze data to drive growth and profitability for partners and Deliveroo.
- Work with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to drive new initiatives.
- Provide best-in-class support and strategic value through restaurant consulting and industry insight.
What You Will Need
- Candidates need 3–5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Candidates should be well organized and effective team players.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to build and maintain relationships.
- The role requires agility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong restaurant-industry knowledge is a plus.
- English fluency is required, while Arabic fluency is an added bonus.
