Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams with research, analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Research communications, telecommunications, and media industry trends and developments.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to generate insights.
• Assist in developing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables.
• Participate in workshops, meetings, and project discussions with internal teams and clients.
• Support recommendations and solutions addressing client business challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in an eligible engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
• Required by the university to complete a co-op program.
• Strong academic performance.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Good understanding of or demonstrated interest in communications, telecommunications, and media.

• Knowledge of telecommunications networks, products and services, customer segments, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Understanding of network and telecom concepts.
• Passion for consulting and business transformation.
• Interest in digital transformation, customer experience, operations, strategy, technology, and AI.
