What would you do?

• The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for designing executing and continuously improving learning strategies that enhance workforce capability leadership readiness and organizational performance. The role partners closely with business leaders HR and global learning teams to deliver impactful learning interventions aligned with business priorities and regulatory requirements in APAC.
• Lead end to end planning and delivery of learning and development programs aligned to business strategy
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and translate them into learning solutions
• Manage learning needs analysis curriculum design and deployment of blended learning models including digital classroom and experiential learning
• Oversee vendor partnerships external trainers and learning platforms
• Track learning effectiveness using metrics dashboards and impact assessments
• Ensure compliance with APAC specific workplace learning accessibility and inclusion requirements
• Mentor Learning and Development team members and contribute to capability building within the HR function

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Learning Delivery Instruction

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strong expertise in learning strategy instructional design and adult learning principles
• Experience with digital learning platforms LMS LXP and virtual facilitation tools
• Stakeholder management and consultative skills with senior leadership
• Knowledge of APAC workforce regulations DEI standards and accessibility practices
• Data driven mindset with ability to measure learning ROI and outcomes
• Excellent communication facilitation and change management skills
• Experience
• Relevant years of progressive experience in Learning and Development or Talent Development roles
• Proven experience managing enterprise scale learning programs
• Prior experience working with global or regional stakeholders preferred
