Measurement and Report Specialist aligned with Accenture's Finance Operations vertical.
The role combines database administration, data analysis, automation, visualization, and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Required education is BCom, any graduation, or Master of Business Administration.
- The role requires seven to eleven years of experience.
- Primary skill is Database Administration at P5 level.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
- Expertise in VBA programming, AI-driven automation, and advanced Excel formulas.
- Understanding of data structures, statistical methods, and business intelligence concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Collect operational data and reports, conduct analysis, and reconcile transactions.
- Transform raw data into actionable insights for business decision-making.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business improvement opportunities.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Automate reporting and analytics workflows using VBA, AI tools, and advanced formulas.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and visually compelling manner.
- Maintain and optimize workflows within Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
