Join a consulting engagement in Abu Dhabi's tourism sector as a Junior Strategy Consultant supporting innovative tourism concepts and visitor experiences.
The engagement is a five-month contract with an ASAP start.
Location and working model
- The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- The stated working model is onsite three days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Develop frameworks and methodologies to identify, prioritize, and evaluate tourism and visitor-experience concepts.
- Conduct destination benchmarking, market research, trend analysis, and detailed market studies.
- Design and facilitate workshops, prepare supporting materials, analyze feedback, and deliver ideation reports.
- Create implementation workplans with activities, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of strategy consulting experience is required.
- Experience from a Big 4, MBB, or Tier 2 strategy consultancy is required.
- Strong benchmarking, market and trend analysis, product and service definition, strategic research, and insight-generation experience is required.
- Workshop design and facilitation, analytical and problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills are required.
- Tourism sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
