Role Overview

Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of advanced Data and AI solutions for enterprise clients across industries.

Combine technical leadership, strategic consulting, and solution design to create measurable business value from data investments.

Act as a trusted client advisor, guide technical teams, and architect cloud, data, and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end data and AI architectures across ingestion, transformation, storage, analytics, and machine learning layers.
  • Build scalable cloud-native ecosystems using Azure, Snowflake, Spark, Airflow, Kafka, and open-source frameworks.
  • Define architecture blueprints, data models, and governance-aligned integration patterns.
  • Develop AI and machine learning platforms with MLOps, monitoring, and responsible AI principles.
  • Lead architecture discussions and design reviews, and guide data and machine learning teams through delivery.
  • Drive CI/CD, infrastructure as code, DevOps, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and translate business needs into scalable data-driven solutions.
  • Support pre-sales, RFPs, executive presentations, data strategy, architecture roadmaps, and AI adoption frameworks.
  • Ensure architectural integrity, scalability, and compliance with data privacy standards.
  • Define reusable assets and best practices, and mentor internal teams.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in end-to-end AI architecture, including MLOps, Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Hadoop, dbt, and Delta Lake.
  • Expertise in LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, governance frameworks, Azure services, Microsoft Fabric, and lakehouse design.
  • Strong Python, SQL, and Scala programming skills, plus API and microservice-based data integration experience.
  • Expertise in CI/CD with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and infrastructure tooling including Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Proven client-facing advisory consulting experience with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least eight years of total experience, including at least two years in Data or AI solution architecture.

Preferred Certifications

  • Preferred certifications include Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Data Engineer Associate, SnowPro Core, Advanced Architect, and TOGAF; these are optional.
