Solutions Consultant (Fraud Prevention / Authentication)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Extract client problem statements and commercial metrics to qualify opportunities and build Requirements and Approach documents.
• Explain business and technical value through live demonstrations, including product use cases, security, and component functionality.
• Articulate real-world authentication and fraud scenarios and patterns to external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and communicate solution design and delivery risks to the internal team.
• Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science teams to demonstrate client value through individual cases and patterns.
• Own RFI and RFP submissions end to end as a solution subject matter expert.
• Provide consultative advice through fraud categorisation and investigation to support solution conversations.
• Demonstrate client value through a data-first approach.

Skills and Experience

• At least five years of digital fraud and authentication experience or CIAM/IAM experience deploying into large financial institutions.
• Experience designing and implementing fraud and authentication solutions.
• Self-motivation and a proactive approach to identifying issues and defining solutions.
• Experience understanding and implementing regulatory change.
• Experience capturing functional and non-functional requirements and creating solution designs.
• Experience using UML to visualize solution design and implementation in BPMN format.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of REST APIs and system connectivity.
• Experience delivering process change within a SaaS company.
