Client Delivery and Development

  • Manage project and client teams to solve complex business issues and deliver actionable recommendations, insights, and results.
  • Manage projects and large workstreams with minimal supervision to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Lead analysis, client interviews, workshops, presentation development, and client discussions.
  • Work on strategy development, go-to-market, investment optimization, growth strategy, capability setup, operating model design, process design, and analytics implementation.
  • Develop senior executive client relationships and contribute market-relevant thought leadership.
  • Coach and mentor analysts and consultants in core consulting skills.

Practice Building

  • Contribute to the ATIOS and wider Accenture Strategy practice, including offerings, assets, and thought leadership.
  • Support business development through industry and company research and client proposal presentations.
  • Coach other Accenture strategists and contribute to performance management and training activities.

Required Experience

  • An undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution.
  • Experience in strategy consulting focused on capital or commodity markets, or relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of global markets and commodity trends or global equity markets.
  • Project management, client-facing, and team leadership experience.
  • Familiarity with strategy frameworks, research, data analysis, business case development, and financial analysis.
  • Strong quantitative skills with Excel/VBA as a minimum; other modeling packages are a plus.
  • Exposure to digital, analytics, or applied intelligence is advantageous.
  • Arabic speakers are preferred.
