Business Architecture Associate Director

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business architecture and operating model transformation initiatives.
• Define requirements, business capabilities, governance structures, and target operating models.
• Develop business cases, proofs of concept, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Drive transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Establish governance, project controls, risk management, and performance measurement structures.
• Align business objectives, technology capabilities, and transformation priorities with executive stakeholders.
• Support process optimization, organizational design, change management, and PMO governance.
• Oversee estimation, planning, budgets, resources, delivery assurance, risks, and dependencies.
• Support proposals, solution shaping, client presentations, and business development.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information technology, finance, management, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience leading complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in risk management, governance, estimation, planning, and business process design.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-RMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, TOGAF, or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and project delivery methodologies.
• Experience in infrastructure, capital projects, construction, utilities, energy, real estate, or public sector transformation.
• Knowledge of PMIS and enterprise platforms including Oracle Primavera, SAP, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, or Salesforce.
