Key roles and responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry performance improvement.
- Support platform design, operating-model design, business and digital strategy development, and business cases for government agencies.
- Support national digital value realization and impact initiatives and digital architecture design.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Facilitate change management by identifying resistance to strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to build strategic capabilities.
- Support adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through training initiatives.
Essential qualifications
- Proven consulting experience in chemicals and natural resources, energy, and utilities.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex issues, absorb information quickly, and solve problems conceptually and creatively.
- Digital fluency, curiosity, and understanding of technology's impact on business and society.
- Ability to adapt, remove obstacles, and achieve results in challenging situations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
