Position Overview
- The Strategy & Business Development Leader MEA is responsible for shaping, driving, and executing the regional growth agenda across the Middle East and Africa.
- This role leads strategic planning, identifies new business opportunities, builds strategic partnerships, and drives cross functional initiatives that expand the company's market presence and long term profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the MEA strategic plan aligned with global priorities and market reality.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and potential threats.
- Develop long range plans including revenue forecasting, market segmentation, and investment prioritization.
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps for country and functional teams.
- Identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities including partnerships, alliances, joint ventures, and potential M&A.
- Build business cases, financial models, and go to market strategies for new products, services, or market entries.
- Lead commercial negotiations with key stakeholders, partners, and government entities.
- Act as a strategic advisor to regional leadership and global executives.
- Facilitate alignment between regional commercial teams, finance, operations, and corporate strategy.
- Prepare executive level presentations, board materials, and strategic reviews.
