The role supports successful execution through project and program management.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Collaborate with shareholders to develop the vision, mission, strategies, directions, objectives, and business-plan guidelines.
- Identify and analyze new strategic opportunities and evaluate their potential benefits and risks.
- Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
- Identify performance gaps and areas for improvement, then develop and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience is preferred.
