- Collaborates with cross functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and practices, incorporating sustainability and ethical considerations
- Maintains accurate supplier data and procurement records for analysis and reporting
- Analyzes supplier performance data to monitor outcomes and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
- Knowledge of sourcing operations, practices and operational processes
- Ability to execute sourcing processes and activities
- Supplier selection and evaluation skills
- Contract negotiation and management skills

Job Purpose
- Executes sourcing activities, manages supplier relationships, and ensures the procurement of materials and services aligns with organizational goals and standards.
Key Accountabilities
- Executes sourcing processes and activities, ensuring effective and efficient procurement in alignment with business needs, guidelines, regulations and procurement plans.
- Contributes to supplier selection and evaluation, contract negotiation and management, and develops and maintains relationships with suppliers to secure favorable terms, fulfillment of product requirements and specifications, and a good supplier performance.
- Collaborates with cross functional teams to align sourcing activities with business objectives.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of sourcing processes and practices, incorporating sustainability and ethical considerations.
- Maintains accurate supplier data and procurement records for analysis and reporting.
