Role Overview
The Manager will lead strategic and institutional performance management together with project management or PMO functions.
The role requires the ability to lead and quality-assure both workstreams and support performance management across organizational units.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Public Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline is required.
- At least eight years of relevant professional experience is required.
- Experience across strategic performance management and project management or PMO functions is required.
Strategic Performance Management
- Develop and review strategic plans, KPIs, targets, performance analyses, dashboards, executive reports, and monitoring of strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Support enterprise or institutional performance management across multiple organizational units.
Project and Process Management
- Lead and quality-assure project management or PMO workstreams.
- Analyse, document, improve, and re-engineer business processes, including process mapping and operational efficiency assessment.
