Role overview
The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for increasing corporate-client revenue by developing new growth opportunities for custom-designed Executive Education programs in Qatar and the region.
The role combines sales, account growth, client relationship management, program development, and profitability oversight.
Business development
- Develop and execute sales strategies for new clients, including prospecting, learning needs assessment, program articulation, objection handling, contract closing, and forecasting.
- Draft business proposals and contracts and conduct client visits and presentations with the Dean, faculty, and relevant staff.
- Manage the existing client portfolio through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and relationship development at multiple client levels.
- Attend relevant program, company, professional, and networking events to cultivate client relationships.
- Work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships on pricing and cost/profit models and manage revenue and program profitability.
Program development and management
- Identify client needs and work with faculty to design pedagogical concepts, program objectives, and learning agendas addressing business and organizational challenges.
- Coordinate with Operations on program dates, program directors, faculty, and program materials.
