Role Overview
Ensure seamless, efficient, and high-quality delivery of HEC Paris degree programs.
Lead end-to-end coordination of assigned programs, academic administration, participant support, and stakeholder relationships.
Program Delivery and Operations
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
- Coordinate schedules, session logistics, learning platforms, facilities, materials, online components, and third-party providers.
- Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, official academic documents, grade sheets, and completion letters.
- Improve delivery processes to support consistent, efficient, and high-quality program execution.
- Coordinate operational priorities, progress updates, and escalations with the Head of Delivery, Degree Programs.
Academic Administration
- Track and maintain accurate participant academic records and status throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage grade collection, validation, appeals, final grade sheets, and communication of jury feedback.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, deadlines, confidentiality, and records-management requirements.
