Role Overview
The Program Manager ensures seamless, efficient, and high-quality delivery of HEC Paris degree programs.
The role leads end-to-end coordination, academic administration, participant support, and relationships with faculty, senior executives, participants, and internal support teams.
Program Delivery and Operations
- Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned degree programs across in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
- Coordinate schedules, session logistics, learning platforms, facilities, materials, online components, and third-party providers.
- Prepare and distribute program materials, reports, official academic documents, and communications.
- Improve delivery processes for consistent, efficient, and high-quality program execution.
- Work with the Head of Delivery, Degree Programs on priorities, progress updates, and escalated matters.
Academic Administration
- Track and maintain participant academic records and status throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage grade collection and validation, appeals, final grade sheets, and communication of jury feedback.
- Ensure compliance with academic policies, deadlines, confidentiality, and records-management requirements.
