Core Responsibilities
- **Ecosystem Partnerships & Alliances:**
- Identify and prioritize opportunities with VCs, corporates, accelerators, and government entities; negotiate and execute MOUs and partnership frameworks.
- **Co-Funding & Resource Mobilization:**
- Secure financial contributions and in-kind services while structuring co-investment vehicles with stakeholders.
- **Stakeholder Engagement & Policy Alignment:**
- Represent the organization in national councils and forums, ensuring partnerships align with regional economic policies.
- **Program Enablement:**
- Monitor partner compliance with KPIs and facilitate knowledge-sharing through joint workshops and publications.
Education & Experience
- **Bachelor’s Degree**
- in Business, Public Policy, or International Relations (Required).
- **8–12 years**
- of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or ecosystem building.
- **Mandatory:**
- Prior experience within the
- UAE or GCC
- SME and innovation ecosystem.
- Proven track record of negotiating MOUs, co-funding agreements, or joint ventures.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in strategic negotiation, partnership structuring, and ecosystem mapping.
- Deep knowledge of co-funding mechanisms and impact reporting.
- Ability to design multi-stakeholder collaboration frameworks tied to economic KPIs.
