We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a leading hotel chain in Dubai.
The role involves ensuring seamless service delivery across departments, optimizing operational efficiency, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing overall hotel operations
- Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services teams
- Drive service excellence and enhance guest experience
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
- Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with brand standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel operations management for atleast 10 years
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards is preferred
