Role Summary
Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to support high-priority, complex, and visible initiatives across Operations and Supply Chain.
The role evaluates and scopes strategic operations and supply chain initiatives and drives their execution from inception through completion.
The position reports to the Senior Director of Supply Chain - International.
This is a full-time role based in the designated office five days per week.
Responsibilities
- Drive multiple high-impact business initiatives and work cross-functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams.
- Help establish and scale the European and international Supply Chain function.
- Evaluate external partners and support vendor selection and integration.
- Develop subject-matter expertise in trading cards.
Skills and Experience Required
- Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience.
- Management consulting, supply chain operations, or strategic operations experience is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting, or a similar field is preferred.
- Strong quantitative modelling, analytical, written communication, verbal communication, and financial skills are required.
- The role requires a team-first mindset, problem-solving ability, multitasking, deadline management, confidence, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn.
