Role Overview

  • We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers in the Energy sector.
  • Responsible for driving long term value creation across key accounts.
  • You will operate at the intersection of commercial engagement, account strategy, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.
  • Manage complex organizational dynamics across large industrial customers.
  • Long Term Account Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases.
  • Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long term customer trust.
  • Customer Value & Adoption: Ensure customers fully adopt and maximize value of Digital Inventory programmes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful deployments.
  • Maintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and challenges.
  • Executive Engagement & Governance: Support senior level discussions and planning sessions.
  • Manage relationships across complex, multi layered organizations.
  • Account Intelligence & Expansion Strategy: Gather account intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

Required Experience & Background

  • Essential: 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account roles.
  • Experience working with large organizations in Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and expand enterprise relationships.
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly Desirable: Experience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare parts.
  • Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations.
  • Experience supporting multi site enterprise customers.
