About the Role
Immensa seeks a Strategic Account Manager to develop and expand relationships with enterprise customers in the Energy sector. Responsible for driving long-term value, account growth, and customer adoption of Digital Inventory solutions.

Responsibilities
- Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts within Energy and asset intensive industries
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams
- Manage complex organizational dynamics across large industrial customers
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer priorities and growth objectives
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases
- Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long term customer trust
- Ensure customers fully adopt and maximize value of Digital Inventory programmes
- Coordinate with internal technical, operational, and delivery teams to support successful deployments
- Maintain strong visibility into customer priorities, risks, and evolving operational challenges
- Support senior level discussions, reviews, and planning sessions with customer leadership
- Gather and synthesize account intelligence to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Maintain disciplined forecasting and account planning processes
Requirements
- 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account roles
- Experience working with large organizations in Oil & Gas or Energy industry
- Proven ability to develop and expand enterprise relationships
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare parts (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations (highly desirable)
- Experience supporting multi site enterprise customers (highly desirable)

Role Overview

- Strategic Account Leadership: Own and develop a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Build trusted relationships across engineering, operations, supply chain, procurement, and leadership teams.
- Manage complex organizational dynamics across large industrial customers.
- Long Term Account Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans.
- Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities across additional sites, business units, and use cases.
- Grow Immensa’s share of wallet while protecting long term customer trust.
- Customer Value & Adoption: Ensure customers fully adopt and maximize value of Digital Inventory programmes.

- Executive Engagement & Governance: Support senior level discussions and planning sessions.
- Manage relationships across complex, multi layered organizations.
- Account Intelligence & Expansion Strategy: Gather account intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Required Experience & Background
- Essential: 5–10 years’ experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or major account roles.
- Experience working with large organizations in Oil & Gas or Energy industry.
- Proven ability to develop and expand enterprise relationships.
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly Desirable: Experience in Energy industry supply chain, manufacturing, or spare parts.
- Familiarity with spare parts management, MRO, asset management, or industrial operations.
- Experience supporting multi site enterprise customers.
