Role Description

  • This is a full time on site role based in the UAE with travel across the region, for a Key Account Manager.
  • The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, building strategic account plans, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • This role includes analyzing account performance, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Account Management and experience managing Key Accounts.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to develop and implement client specific strategies.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to build long term relationships.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with the energy sector or supply chain management is a plus.
