Role Description
- This is a full time on site role based in the UAE with travel across the region, for a Key Account Manager.
- The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, building strategic account plans, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
- This role includes analyzing account performance, developing tailored solutions to meet client needs, and ensuring seamless coordination of all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Account Management and experience managing Key Accounts.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Planning to develop and implement client specific strategies.
