The Mission

  • Malt is expanding into the Middle East, UAE Enterprise market represents a massive frontier.
  • You will architect and own the zero to one enterprise acquisition strategy for the UAE.
  • Systematically penetrate massive iconic organizations and national champions.
  • Navigate highly complex GCC procurement cycles and secure 7 figure MSAs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map out UAE's largest unpenetrated organizations and design targeted prospecting strategies.
  • Secure top down introductory meetings with CxO level, CFO, and Procurement stakeholders.
  • Run rigorous discovery using MEDDIC framework to validate business pain and identify Economic Buyer.
  • Lead end to end RFI/RFP processes and coordinate pilot phases.
  • Take ownership of MSA Win, navigating GCC procurement cycles and legal vetting.
  • Develop compelling ROI driven business proposals and enterprise pilot programs.
  • Manage complex, long cycles efficiently without losing strategic momentum.

Requirements & The Skills Matrix

  • Minimum 8 years of quantifiable track record hunting and closing complex, 7 figure B2B sales cycles within a SaaS/Tech environment.
  • At least 2 years of proven success specifically within the Middle East market (GCC).
  • Demonstrated success navigating long sales cycles (12 18 months) and managing strategic concessions.
  • Fluency in English at native level required; professional proficiency in Arabic is a major strategic asset.
  • Advanced MEDDIC mastery; existing MEDDIC certification is a significant advantage.
