Key Responsibilities

  • Map global enterprise accounts and execute targeted prospecting through outbound efforts and events.
  • Design and execute prospecting strategies adapted to massive corporate structures and specific enterprise use cases.
  • Develop strong relationships with CxO level contacts, identify internal champions, and influence key decision makers.
  • Lead in depth, multi stakeholder discovery using the full MEDDIC framework.
  • Define and coordinate pilot phases to prove value and build appetite for full scale deployment.
  • Lead RFI/RFP processes end to end, partnering with Bid Management and technical experts.
  • Manage heavy weight MSA negotiations involving Procurement, Legal, and Finance across multiple countries.
  • Prepare deployment plans for successful post MSA kick off, transitioning accounts to local Account Management teams.
  • Master the Malt pitch and product features by persona, providing local insights to Product and Marketing teams.

About You

  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience and at least 2 years in the Middle East market.
  • Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles in a SaaS Tech environment.
  • Familiarity with staffing or 'future of work' industry is highly valued.
  • Seasoned in managing 12 18 month sales cycles and 7 figure deals; MEDDIC certification is a significant advantage.
  • Sales Hunter mentality with advanced prospection skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and gravitas to influence C level decision makers.
  • Clear history of professional growth, such as consistent promotions or transitioning from SMB to Enterprise sales.
  • Highly autonomous, self motivated, and entrepreneurial attitude.
