About the Role
Malt is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion in the UAE by generating, qualifying, and closing high-impact enterprise opportunities. The role involves strategic outbound prospecting, full-cycle acquisition, and complex negotiations with CxO-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Map global enterprise accounts and execute targeted prospecting through outbound efforts and events
- Design and execute prospecting strategies adapted to massive corporate structures
- Develop strong relationships with CxO level contacts and influence key decision makers
- Lead in depth, multi stakeholder discovery using the MEDDIC framework
- Define and coordinate pilot phases to prove value and build appetite for full scale deployment
- Lead RFI/RFP processes end to end, partnering with Bid Management and technical experts
- Manage heavy weight MSA negotiations involving Procurement, Legal, and Finance
- Prepare deployment plans for successful post MSA kick off and transition to Account Management teams
- Master the Malt pitch and product features by persona and provide local insights to Product and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the Middle East market
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles in a SaaS Tech environment
- Experience managing 12 18 month sales cycles and 7 figure deals
- MEDDIC certification is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with staffing or 'future of work' industry is highly valued
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Highly autonomous and self motivated

Key Responsibilities

About You
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience and at least 2 years in the Middle East market.
- Proven track record in complex B2B sales cycles in a SaaS Tech environment.
- Familiarity with staffing or 'future of work' industry is highly valued.
- Seasoned in managing 12 18 month sales cycles and 7 figure deals; MEDDIC certification is a significant advantage.
- Sales Hunter mentality with advanced prospection skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and gravitas to influence C level decision makers.
- Clear history of professional growth, such as consistent promotions or transitioning from SMB to Enterprise sales.
- Highly autonomous, self motivated, and entrepreneurial attitude.
