Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or a similar design and prototyping tool.
- Understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and design iteration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing and iterate on designs.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation and design consistency.
- Participate in design critiques, brainstorming sessions, and cross-functional meetings.
