About the Role
A warehouse gym seeks a Storekeeper for F&B supplies to manage receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of food and beverage items. The role requires 1-3 years of storekeeping experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality, and knowledge of HACCP.

Responsibilities
- Receive, check, and record incoming F&B goods against purchase orders and packing lists
- Inspect deliveries for quality and quantity; report discrepancies and coordinate with suppliers for returns or replacements
- Record stock movements accurately in the inventory system; perform regular cycle counts and annual physical counts
- Store items appropriately (temperature controlled storage for perishables and dry storage for non perishables) and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO)
- Issue materials to kitchen, bar, banquets, and other departments while maintaining proper documentation
- Monitor stock levels, maintain safety stock, and coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and HACCP compliance in storage areas, including allergen separation and pest control
- Maintain warehouse equipment and arrange repairs when required
- Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports, including variance analysis and stock valuation
- Support logistics for internal transfers, deliveries, and event setups
- Assist with audit readiness, traceability, and documentation for inspections
- Monitor shelf life and reduce spoilage; record expired or damaged items for proper disposal
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse/storekeeping, preferably in F&B or hospitality
- Diploma or certification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Food Safety is an advantage
- Experience with inventory systems or ERP software preferred
- HACCP or food safety certification is a plus
- Strong inventory management and stock control skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and stock rotation methods (FIFO/LIFO)
- Good numerical accuracy and data entry skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and warehouse/ERP systems
- Physical ability to lift stock and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Problem solving mindset with attention to detail

Summary
- Responsible for the efficient receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of all food and beverage (F&B) supplies.
- Ensures accurate stock levels, proper handling, and safety of all items, along with timely distribution to kitchen, service, and other departments.
- Maintains organized storage areas, adheres to food safety and hygiene standards, and supports procurement and receiving processes.
Job Purpose
- To manage F&B warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory control, safe storage, and timely distribution of food and beverage items to kitchen, service, events, and other departments, in compliance with food safety standards, HACCP, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience
