Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and hospital consumables
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ERP software
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical and non medical supplies
- Issue materials, medicines, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments according to approved requests
- Conduct regular inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies
- Maintain FIFO and FEFO inventory practices
- Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and logistics departments
- Prepare goods receipt notes, delivery notes, stock issue vouchers, and inventory reports
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items
- Monitor damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and coordinate appropriate disposal procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, or similar role
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, or medical warehouses highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, and procurement procedures
- Experience using ERP systems, WMS, or inventory management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Job Summary
- IIQAF Group is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail oriented Storekeeper to join our hospital supply chain team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hospital inventory, medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, consumables, and warehouse operations while ensuring accurate stock control, timely distribution, and compliance with healthcare inventory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, and hospital consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of medical and non medical supplies.
- Issue materials, medicines, equipment, and consumables to hospital departments according to approved requests.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Track batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions for pharmaceuticals and medical supplies.
- Maintain First In, First Out (FIFO) and First Expiry, First Out (FEFO) inventory practices.
- Coordinate with procurement, pharmacy, laboratory, nursing, and logistics departments to ensure uninterrupted supply availability.
- Prepare goods receipt notes (GRN), delivery notes, stock issue vouchers, and inventory reports.
- Maintain organized warehouse storage and ensure proper labeling of all inventory items.
- Monitor damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory and coordinate appropriate disposal procedures.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Hospital Storekeeper, Warehouse Storekeeper, Inventory Controller, Materials Coordinator, Warehouse Assistant, Stock Controller, Stores Officer, or Inventory Coordinator is preferred.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, pharmaceutical companies, medical distributors, or healthcare warehouses is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, stock control, materials management, and procurement procedures.
- Experience using ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
