About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams regarding material requirements
- Monitor stock movement and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical inventory checks
- Maintain records of material receipts, issues, returns, and transfers
- Arrange loading, unloading, and transportation of materials when required
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and housekeeping standards within the store
- Track and report shortages, damaged materials, and discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of delivery notes, invoices, and material records
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in Interior Fit Out, Construction, or Joinery projects
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management systems
- Good knowledge of construction and fit out materials
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills in English

Job Description
- Position: Storekeeper – Interior Fit Out
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Interior Fit Out / Construction Industry
Key Responsibilities
