About the Role
Creative Concepts is seeking a highly organized Document Controller with experience in the interior fit-out industry. You will manage, track, and maintain all project documentation, ensuring proper document control procedures.

Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Control the receipt, distribution, filing, and archiving of project documents
- Register and track incoming and outgoing documents, RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, material approvals, and transmittals
- Ensure all documents are accurately recorded and distributed to relevant departments and clients
- Maintain updated document logs and monitor document revisions
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely document flow
- Prepare and submit project documentation to consultants and clients as per project requirements
- Maintain both electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company document control procedures and ISO standards (if applicable)
- Assist in preparing project close out documents and final handover documentation
- Perform other administrative duties related to project documentation as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Document Controller in the interior fit out industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and maintaining all project documentation while ensuring proper document control procedures are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Salary
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Pay: AED 2,158.43 AED 5,826.59 per month.
