About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, ensuring they match purchase orders and delivery notes
- Organize and maintain the warehouse for easy identification and safe storage of materials
- Issue materials, tools, and equipment to project sites while maintaining proper documentation
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Procurement department for timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with monthly and annual inventory audits
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP software or Microsoft Excel
- Ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials to prevent damage or loss
- Track material movements between the warehouse and project sites
- Prepare inventory, stock movement, and consumption reports
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards within the warehouse
- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Site Engineers regarding material requirements and deliveries
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Minimum 3 5 years of Storekeeper experience in the construction industry
- Experience handling construction materials, MEP items, pool equipment, waterproofing materials, or related products is an advantage
- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP inventory systems
- Strong organizational and record keeping skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Summary
