About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Prepare and dispatch outgoing deliveries accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
- Update inventory transactions using Al Ameen software
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal departments regarding deliveries
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow health and safety procedures
- Prepare inventory and warehouse reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
Requirements
- 1–3 years of warehouse experience in the UAE
- Proficiency in Al Ameen software (or similar)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
