Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and **Professional Medical Receptionist** to join our team.
This role combines front desk excellence with customer service, requiring a unique blend of hospitality skills and medical clinic experience.
Key Responsibilities
- ***Front Desk Management*** - Greet and welcome patients professionally
- ***Appointment Scheduling & Follow-ups*** - Manage bookings, confirmations, and reminders
- ***Patient Communication*** - Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- ***Medical Records Management*** - Maintain accurate patient documentation
- ***Patient Hospitality*** - Prepare and serve refreshments
- ***Waiting Area Management*** - Ensure optimal patient experience
- ***Payment Processing*** - Handle billing and administrative duties
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a medical clinic or aesthetic center
- Bilingual: **Fluent in both Arabic and English** (written and spoken)
- Experience with appointment scheduling and follow-up systems
- Basic hospitality/food preparation skills (serving refreshments)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
