Experience and Education
- At least 2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience with construction or contracting companies is preferred.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication is required.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with stockroom or warehouse concepts and best practices is required.
- Accurate mathematical computation and strong attention to detail are required.
- Competence in data entry, analysis, and management is required.
- Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF files, and common office equipment is required.
Workplace
- The work location is in person at the Abu Dhabi branch.
Responsibilities
- Manage stockroom or warehouse activities for building materials and project supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform data entry, analysis, and management.
- Make accurate mathematical computations related to stock and materials.
- Safely and legally operate a forklift when handling materials.
- Use Microsoft Office and common office equipment to support storekeeping records.
- Maintain organized records and manage time effectively in a construction or fit-out environment.
