Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Secretary / Construction Coordinator with UAE contracting and construction industry knowledge.
The role supports construction documentation, quotations, BOQs, supplier and subcontractor coordination, and daily office and project activities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs from project requirements, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and commercial offers for construction and contracting works.
- Review construction drawings, layouts, and project documents.
- Assist with layouts, material schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for prices, quotations, and material information.
- Maintain purchase requests, comparison sheets, quotations, invoices, and other documentation.
- Handle secretarial and administrative duties for construction projects.
- Maintain project files, contracts, quotations, BOQs, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, suppliers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Follow up on quotations, material prices, deliveries, and project requirements.
- Support day-to-day construction and contracting office operations.
Requirements
- UAE construction or contracting company experience is preferred.
