The company is seeking an HR/Admin Officer to join its Abu Dhabi branch immediately.
The role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and experience in construction and interior fit-out projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
- Handle employee relations, leave management, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and company regulations.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, government offices, and other external parties.
- Prepare HR reports, contracts, memos, and other official documentation.
- Oversee office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Support management with day-to-day administrative and HR-related tasks.
