Role Overview
Larustic is hiring a full-time Storekeeper in Abu Dhabi to manage receiving, storage, movement, and control of raw materials and finished goods.
The role owns inventory accuracy and ensures stock movements are checked, recorded, organized, and supported by documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Verify quantities and condition against job orders, delivery notes, transfer documents, or other supporting documents.
- Record incoming and outgoing stock movements on the same day.
- Maintain records of receipts, issuances, transfers, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Organize the stockroom and clearly separate and identify raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment before critical levels are reached.
- Report shortages, excesses, damage, incorrect products, missing stock, and physical-to-record discrepancies.
- Control fragrance oils, alcohol, bottles, caps, cartons, and other production materials.
- Maintain records of perfumes, room sprays, all-over sprays, dukhoon, dihn al oud, and other finished products.
- Prepare, pack, and issue stock for exhibitions, events, and retail operations.
- Reconcile exhibition stock after each event and investigate remaining variances.
- Participate in physical stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
