About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of operating standards and train hosts
- Ensure all employees establish a rapport with guests and handle guest requests
- Check in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service
- Resolve guest complaints
- Have thorough knowledge of all F&B items and recommend combinations and upselling
- Ensure workplace and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized
- Ensure team projects a warm, professional, and welcome image
- Assist in identifying training needs and discuss training plans with management
- Ensure outlet employees are multi skilled through consistent training
- Liaise and inform management of all training sessions
- Ensure all employees maintain high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Adhere to rules on Food Safety, Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety
Requirements
- Supervisory: 3 years (Required)
- Experience in hospitality or F&B operation in a supervisory or management role
- Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control, budgeting, and operational excellence practices

Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of the operating standards and train hosts in how to carry out the tasks.
- Ensure that all employees establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and enquiries on food, beverage, and service.
- To be ensure all La Romana Food & Beverage standards are in place.
- Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
- Resolving guest’s complaints.
- To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food & Beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up selling alternatives.
- To ensure that the place of work and surrounding areas is kept clean and organized at all times.
- To ensure that the team projects a warm, professional, and welcome image.
- To assist in identifying training needs and discuss training plan programs for the employees with the Assistant Outlet Manager or Outlet Manager.
- To ensure that the outlet employees are Multi Skilled and have the necessary skills to perform their duties through consistent training in accordance with the Annual Training Plan.
- To liaise and inform the Assistant or outlet Manager of all training sessions.
- To ensure that all employees maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
Pay
- Up to AED4,500.00 per month
