Responsibilities
- Apply effective sales and upselling techniques during customer interactions to maximize rental and ancillary revenue
- Promote Insurance Products, GPS, child safety seats, fuel options, and other value added products
- Deliver professional and courteous service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Take full ownership of customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for timely resolution
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections during check out and check in using the Avis Inspection App
- Coordinate with Fleet and other stations to arrange and allocate vehicles as per reservation requirements
- Accurately prepare and maintain rental agreements, reservations, and supporting documents
- Handle petty cash, daily banking, and reconciliation according to Finance SOPs

- Knowledge of Rental / Travel Industry
- 2 years experience in Rental / Travel industry (Required)

Key Responsibilities
- Apply effective sales and upselling techniques during customer interactions to maximize rental and ancillary revenue
- Promote Insurance Products, GPS, child safety seats, fuel options, and other value added products according to customer needs
- Ensure pricing, discounting, and offers are applied accurately as per company policy
- Contribute to achieving daily, monthly, and annual revenue targets established by management
- Deliver professional and courteous service to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
- Take full ownership of customer complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and avoid recurrence
- Assist customers during vehicle breakdowns or accidents, ensuring proper coordination with Roadside Assistance, Fleet, and Recovery teams
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure satisfaction throughout their rental journey
- Be accountable for achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals by upholding Avis UAE’s service excellence standards
- Follow Avis UAE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and company policies for all rental transactions
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections during check out and check in using the Avis Inspection App or a manual checklist if required
- Coordinate with Fleet and other stations to arrange and allocate vehicles as per reservation requirements
