About the Role

- Welcome and greet customers with smile and enthusiasm
- Take customer orders accurately and serve within stipulated time
- Upsell by offering flavor of the month or promotional offers
- Arrange and clean tables, chairs, and mop working floor area
- Observe health and safety standards as per municipality instruction
- Report damages, wastage, customer complaints, and non compliance to line manager
- Organize materials and ingredients using FIFO method
- Follow gelato procedure as per recipe book (regeneration process)
- Clean and sanitize gelato machine
- Check and monitor temperature of all fridges
- Wash dishes and utensils
- Use checklist for every after shift handover
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent quality service and respond politely to customer orders and queries
- Knowledgeable about menu items, prices, dietary restrictions, and promotions
- Ability to upsell and offer substitutions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow health and safety standards

Responsibilities
- Always ensure to provide excellent quality service by responding politely and diligently to customer’s orders, queries, concerns, complaints, requests and provide appropriate solution in line with the company policy and standard operating procedure at all times.
- Welcome and greet the customers with smile and great enthusiasm upon entering and leaving the shop at all times.
- Ensure to be knowledgeable and updated with all the menu items, prices, dietary restrictions, promotions and assist the customer’s inquiry appropriately at all times.
- Up sell by offering the flavor of the month or any available promotional offers at all times.
- Offer items substitution for customers with allergies or other dietary restrictions as per our customized menu standard at all times.
- Ensure to accurately take customer’s orders and serve within the stipulated time at all times.
- Arrange, clean the tables, chairs, mop the working floor area including the laboratory area at all times.
- Observe relevant health and safety standards as per municipality instruction at all times.
- Be pro active and check for customer’s feedback for overall dine in experience
- Always ensure that the assigned working area, materials, tools and equipment used is well maintained and clean at all times.
- Report and escalate any damage, wastage, customer complaints, non compliance to company policy immediately to the line manager at all times.
- Organize the materials, ingredients (FIFO) at all times.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 3,000.00 AED 3,500.00 per month
