- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming customers, answering questions, and assisting as needed
- Assist with marketing products, inventory management, stocking shelves, rotating stock, and inventory counts
- Handle checkout transactions attentively
- Keep the store clean and welcoming
- Respect health and safety, hygiene, sanitation, and food handling rules
- Inform supervisor of any unusual situations or concerns
- Perform all other related duties
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar position or customer service
- Flexible work schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Bilingual in English and French, spoken and written

About This Role
- Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Store/Restaurant Employee ensures exceptional customer service while respecting health and safety, sanitation, quality, and maintaining a good working environment.
Your Challenges
- Ensure exceptional customer service: welcoming customers, courtesy, answer questions, assist customers as needed
- Assist in marketing products and inventory management: filling shelves, rotating stock, inventory count
- Be attentive with each transaction at checkout
- Inform supervisor of any unusual situation or concern
- Keep the store clean and welcoming
- Respect and enforce health and safety, hygiene, sanitation, and food handling rules
- Act with professionalism at all times
- Respect co workers at all times
- Perform all other related duties
What You Have
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar position and/or customer service
- Flexible work schedule according to store opening hours (day, evening, weekend)
- Bilingual: English and French, spoken and written
Compensation
- Starting at CAD 18 per hour
