About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA based control systems for cheese processing equipment
- Implement automation solutions for Clean in Place (CIP) systems, batch processing, and temperature/flow control
- Ensure compliance with sanitary design standards and FDA, USDA, FSMA requirements
- Integrate sensors, valves, VFDs, and instrumentation for process control and monitoring
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Conduct I/O checks, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commission control panels
- Maintain detailed documentation including network diagrams, ladder logic, batch sequences, and validation reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, automation, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Over 5 years of experience in automation or controls integration within dairy or food processing environment
- Proficiency in PLC/HMI programming (preferably Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation)
- Hands on experience with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
- Advanced skills in technical troubleshooting and documentation management
- Strong attention to detail and precision

About This Role
- Under supervision of Industrial Maintenance & Facilities Manager, the Automation Integrator will design, program, and support automated systems throughout cheese production.
- Role contributes to product quality, food safety compliance, and operational uptime.
Your Challenges
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA based control systems for cheese processing equipment.
- Implement automation solutions for CIP systems, batch processing, and temperature/flow control.
- Ensure compliance with sanitary design standards and FDA, USDA, FSMA requirements.

What You Have
