Store Representative - Nights

Pay

• Starting pay is $16.00 per hour and may reach $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

• This is a part-time night-shift role.
• Work hours are between 9:00 p.m. and 5:30 a.m.
• Weekday and weekend availability is needed.
• The role may require evening, weekend, holiday, and varied-shift availability.

Role overview

What You'll Do

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work with store managers, assistant store managers, and team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while delivering high-quality work.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required.
• Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are expected.
• Dependability, self-motivation, independent work, and attention to detail are expected.
• Candidates should prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel between assigned local and regional locations may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
• Lift and carry products up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
