Role Overview
Store Representative supporting merchandising, project execution, store operations, and customer experience.
The role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on keeping stores customer-ready.
Schedule and Compensation
- Part-time day shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Availability is needed on weekdays and weekends.
- Pay starts at $16.00 per hour and may reach $18.00 per hour based on experience.
What You’ll Do
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized displays.
- Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
- Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Greet customers, answer product questions, and provide outstanding service.
- Collaborate with store managers and team members to complete daily priorities.
- Use technology to track time, report work, and support project execution.
- Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
