Pay

  • Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

  • This is a part-time day-shift role scheduled from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Availability is needed on weekdays and weekends.

Role Overview

Keep retail stores stocked, organized, and customer-ready through hands-on merchandising and store operations support.

The role offers training and skill development in a fast-paced retail environment.

What You'll Do

  • Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain customer-ready displays.
  • Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
  • Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide service.
  • Work with store managers, assistant managers, and teammates to complete daily priorities.
  • Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support projects.
  • Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Retail, grocery, merchandising, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability and willingness to travel between assigned local and regional locations if needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk throughout the shift and frequently bend, kneel, squat, reach, and climb a step ladder.
  • Lift and carry products weighing up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
  • Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.
