About the Role
Minimalist.ae seeks a Store Manager to oversee store operations, drive sales, and lead the team in a luxury retail environment. Requires 5+ years of retail management experience in UAE, preferably in luxury, watches, or jewelry.

Responsibilities
- Run all daily store operations including opening/closing, staffing, and floor supervision
- Own the store’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales results
- Actively manage the sales floor to drive conversion, ATV, and UPT
- Ensure stock availability, correct pricing, and accurate stock handling
- Maintain store standards, visual merchandising, and overall presentation
- Control store level stock movement, counts, and documentation
- Ensure strong loss prevention practices
- Be present on the floor to lead customer experience by example
- Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations
- Manage the store team including scheduling and task allocation
- Conduct regular performance check ins and address performance issues
- Ensure new joiners complete onboarding plan and understand store procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry
- Outstanding communication skills in English
- Outstanding communication skills in Arabic
- Relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or similar (preferred)
- Relevant certification in sales, management, or project management (preferred)

The role
- As Store Manager, you will oversee operations and teams of one of our stores.
- You will be directly in touch with customers, forging relationships.
Store Operations & Sales
- Run all daily store operations.
- Own the store’s sales results.
- Actively manage the sales floor.
- Ensure stock availability and correct pricing.
- Maintain store standards and visual merchandising.
- Control stock movement and documentation.
- Ensure loss prevention practices.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies.
Customer Experience
- Be present on the floor to lead customer experience.
- Handle VIP clients and complex situations.
- Ensure team delivers consistent luxury service.
- Follow up on customer feedback.
Team Management
- Manage the store team daily.
- Set clear priorities and expectations.
- Conduct performance check ins.
- Create a positive working environment.
Training & Onboarding
- Ensure new joiners complete onboarding.
- Support team with product updates and selling guidelines.
- Reinforce service standards and sales techniques.
- Identify skill gaps and flag training needs.

Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience in UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry.
