We’re Hiring: Branch Manager \| DOTS Café
At **Trace Hospitality and DOTS Café (Details of the Service)**, we’re a growing F&B concept in Abu Dhabi specializing in food truck operations, restaurant management, and catering services across the UAE.
We’re looking for a **hands-on and driven Branch Manager** to lead one of our food truck operations and drive performance, team engagement, and customer experience.
Role Overview
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the branch — ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistent delivery of our brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the food truck/branch
- Lead, train, and motivate the team (FOH & BOH)
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality
- Monitor sales, performance, and cost control
- Handle scheduling, manpower planning, and attendance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Coordinate with Head Office on reporting and operational needs
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and operational standards
- Positive, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Employment Type: Full-time
- Must be able to commute or relocate before joining and willing reassignment on branches
