Role Overview
As a Barista, you'll be the face of our specialty coffee service, educating customers on our menu, making recommendations, and ensuring every cup is perfect.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate customers on our premium drinks menu.
- Make recommendations and upsell special items.
- Take and prepare orders efficiently.
- Handle customer complaints and suggestions.
- Maintain cleanliness and equipment.
- Ensure all stations are stocked.
- Report safety hazards and equipment issues.
- Provide fast, friendly service, and build customer relationships.
Requirements
- Prior experience in specialty coffee.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of brewing equipment.
- Ability to work various shifts.
