Role Overview
Lead the boutique to achieve commercial excellence, elevate CRM, and build a high-performing team.
Represent the brand and maintain strong customer experiences in the store environment.
Sales and Customer Service
- Analyze sales, market trends, and competitor activity and propose improvements to store operations and product mix.
- Produce quantitative and qualitative sales reports and remain present on the shop floor to generate sales and serve VIP customers.
- Identify customer needs, handle complaints, and build and maintain the customer database.
Stock and Store Operations
- Record received goods, control stock movements, supervise replenishment, report overstock, and prepare for inventory.
- Coordinate launches, in-store animations, renovations, suppliers, logistics, marketing, merchandising, and mall management matters.
- Monitor customer movement, detect theft or violations, maintain product knowledge, and ensure stock availability.
- Maintain store layout, displays, window animations, cleanliness, lighting, stock rotation, and visual merchandising standards.
People Management
- Schedule staff coverage, maintain grooming standards, delegate responsibilities, and ensure compliance with procedures.
